Leaders Toolbox - Creating a Hybrid Workplace that Works

How can organisations and leaders utilize physical interactions and digital communication infrastructure for effective hybrid work?

When

10. June.

Time: 08:30 - 10:00

What

Organized by BI Norwegian Business School

One of today’s critical organisational challenges is to enable teams to work in an efficient and sustainable way from a combination of office, home and co-working space.

Hybrid work requires organisations to rethink how to structure work communication, digital and face-to-face presence among team members, and to consider how to manage long-term effects on individual and team functioning. Is it possible to build collaborative relationships and social connections while working hybrid?

In this Leader’s Toolbox Professor Sut I Wong will discuss strategies for building a well- functioning hybrid workplace, while Margrethe Gotschalksen from Finn.no will showcase how her organisation has developed a hybrid work model, a road map from office redesign to cultivation of collaborative culture.
